Application Process
How to use MLDB service
MLDB is members-only paid service. Application is required to use
MLDB. Membership is on a monthly basis (membership is automatically
renewed every month unless member informs us his/her wish to
cancel).
Service hours
MLDB is available for 24 hours, every day.
MLDB temporary
stops the service for maintenance and electric power failure with
prior notice in the top page.
Hardware requirements
To use MLDB, computer with internet connection and browser are necessary.
Microsoft Edge is required.

Points of attention
You are unable to access MLDB from multi-devices simultaneously with
one password. If you need to access MLDB from multi-devices
simultaneously at your office, please inform us the number of
accounts you need.
Only paid-member is eligible to use MLDB.
Copying, reprinting, modification, translation and redistribution of
information contained in this site are prohibited.

Tax is not included in the service fee above; Tax will be
charged additionally. If you make a lump-sum payment for 6 months’
fee in advance, you can get a 5% discount. If you make a lump-sum
payment for 12 months’ fee in advance, you can get a 10% discount.
Bill
Invoice for MLDB service fee is monthly delivered on 1st day of
every month.
Payment should be settled by the last day of
each month through bank transfer to the bank account designated or
pay in cash at SAGA ASIA Consulting office.
Payment
MLDB service fee is charged from the month when ID and password are
issued regardless of usage.
If you want to start to use MLDB
service from the following month, please mention the date to start
in the application form.”
Addition and Change of Service Plan (For member)
If MLDB member wants to add or change the service plan, please
inform us at infom@tny-legal.com. Membership is changed free of
charge up to twice per month, the third time, it will be charged.
